If you require further assistance please contact the department on 61 8 6551 4888.

Notification of renewal

All casino licence holders will be notified of the need to renew their licence between 6 and 8 weeks prior to its expiry. A letter will be sent or emailed depending on the method of contact chosen. The letter will also contain important information for licence holders who have never created an online account and provide specific client and reference numbers which need to be entered when prompted to do so. This will have the effect of merging your new account with your existing client details which are held on the department’s database.

Those who have previously created an online account can access and lodge the renewal application by logging in to their account and going to their My Accounts page. Follow the instructions from Point 9 onwards in this guide.

For those that have not previously created an account they will need to follow the instructions on Creating an Account.
