Contest rules for boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and Muay Thai.
Under section 62A of the Combat Sports Act 1987 all combat sports contests must be held in accordance with rules approved by the Minister for Sport and Recreation. Copies of all approved rules are available for viewing during office hours at the department's office. The Combat Sports Commission rules apply to all combat sport contests in Western Australia unless the Commission approves the use of approved sanctioning body rules.
