Making online payments through the portal (your account)
To ensure your card details are secure at all times the Department can no longer take payments by credit card over the phone. Should you wish to pay by credit card, but are unable to attend our office you will need to have an online account to make
payment. Once you have logged into your account any outstanding invoices will show on your 'My Account' page. Please note, if the fee you are trying to pay does not relate to an application or return that has been lodged through the portal you will not be able to pay the fee until the outstanding amount is displayed in your account.
Payments that can be made through your portal include:
- All application fees
- Annual licence fees
- Return fees and levies where applicable
