Early release tickets to about 100 shows go on sale today (November 12) for the festival's 'Friends' subscribers. They will be available to the general public from November 17.

The full program, which is expected to showcase more than 500 events, will go on sale on November 26. This allows acts to register later - a flexibility to account for Western Australia's evolving border changes.

For the first time ever, a new FRINGE WORLD app will make it easier for audiences to see what is on and includes functionality to customise preferences and purchase tickets. The app has been developed by WA digital consultancy Equilibrium.

FRINGE WORLD is on from January 15, 2021 to February 14, 2021 and will see something for everyone in the extensive program of cabaret, dance, music, visual arts, theatre, comedy and more.

The State Government provided $849,533 to the 2021 festival through Lotterywest and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries. Artrage Inc, the presenter of FRINGE WORLD, also received $196,691 through the Lotterywest COVID-19 Relief Fund.
